The new stud ready to be pounded in:

I put the hub on top of a loose vice with the stud poking down between, and that worked well. Here you can see all of the new studs installed:

Installing the wheel spacer:

The wheel on with the spacer:

Here you can see that there is now plenty of room for the tie-rod end. You can also see where the wheel rubbed on the boot:
