Replacing the Rear Wheel Cylinder
I had a fairly easy time of removing the brake line. I've often had a bad time at this point if the line twists or the fitting is rusted. Here are the casting marks on the new wheel cylinder:
The corresponding side on the old one has these casting marks:
The wheel cylinder is held on with two bolts. This is how the brake line screws in to the back:
You will need a helper to bleed the brakes after you are through installing the new wheel cylinder:
Here are the casting marks on the other side of the old Wheel Cylinder:
