I put two 2X4s on to the front sheet of plywood so it would be easy to screw in with one hand holding it:

The left and right cabover sheets are on. Now I just need the front sheet:

The front sheet is installed:

When I drill the rack it is full of carbon. Exhaust, I imagine:
