Further down the rack is further in, so I need to bolt it on with some washers to keep the same distance inside for the front and back of the rails:
I had to shave off some of the 2X4 to fit it between the vertical rack brace and the 2X4X12s:
This is the inner brace that goes from the rail up to the top of the camper:
Now we are screwed down fairly securely, with room for another sheet to attach:
