Installing An MP3 Capable Stereo

I purchased a USA-630 stereo from Custom Autosound. It will play MP3s off of a USB thumb drive. There is not a lot of room in the door for speakers:

I had to put some rubber spacers to keep the speaker out a tiny bit so that it didn't hit the window regulator:

I don't want to open this up again to fix a crimped connection, so I soldered:
