An Easter Compost Outing

Isabelle was able to make an outing in the rain to get some compost today. She ran fine. Quite creaky. Loose belt. I had been envisioning a trip to Maple Valley to get a yard of bulk compost; however, there were some bags on sale locally for $3.29. Notice the new side marker we put together out of a $2.79 package of stick-on markers mounted on a piece of a plastic lid:

Compost

My son and I had a fun time tracing out the passenger-side side marker and using it as a template for the base. Here is Isabelle settled in, sheltered from the rain beneath her carport, resisting the inevitable rust:

Compost

I washed her today with some Simple Green and water to get the oil and dirt off enough for the primer to stick. She'll be gray soon.
